Crownbound is an online tactical card battle game that allows players to compete against AI opponents or other players in real-time matches. The game is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other players
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game or other users' accounts
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the game's servers or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the game
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or harmful display names

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Crownbound, including but not limited to game design, graphics, code, and trademarks, are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit (such as display names). However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the game.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Players must follow the game's rules and mechanics as designed
• Exploiting bugs or glitches is prohibited
• We reserve the right to reset statistics or take action against accounts that violate fair play
• Match results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical errors

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The game may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
